Surrounded by a large garden, the house is on one level, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, and two bathrooms with shower cabins. From the garden, a short staircase leads to the roof where there is a beautiful terrace to sunbathe and enjoy a stunning view. Outside, a large veranda with a barbecue allows for pleasant outdoor dining. At the entrance of the property, there is also private parking for multiple cars. The beautiful salt lagoon of Notteri, where during the summer you can admire pink flamingos, is just 50 meters away, while the two closest beaches (Spiaggia del Riso and Porto Giunco) are only a few hundred meters away.
