The house is large and comfortable a few steps from the services and the park. It is spread over three floors with bright rooms, screens with mosquito nets and air conditioners. The house is situated on a mezzanine floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs, spread over three floors, ground floor with kitchen and living area and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and two single beds, a bathroom, and overlooks a balcony from which you can admire the green mountains of Sardinia. In the very cool and quiet basement are: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, a bathroom and a washing machine. All bathrooms are equipped with shower, bidet and sink, also in each bathroom there are towels and hairdryer. Outside a large veranda with patio with relaxation area and a flower garden of 100 square meters equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.
