The Villa, of 140 m2 distributed over two floors, is located inside a private residence and is just 50 meters from the beach. The interiors are very spacious and the house is divided over two levels. The villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 people. The lounge on the ground floor overlooks a spacious garden with juniper trees, oleander plants and other plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation. The ground floor is characterized by a spacious living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. On the first floor we find three other bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two bunk beds. In the garden there are two BBQs, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a completely shaded area that allows you to eat under the veranda on hot summer days.
Eden Beach is a very quiet private village which comes alive in the summer period and is very popular with both local families and tourists who increasingly choose this location to spend their holidays. The village is characterized by independent houses, almost all white in color and inside the village there is a children's playground, two beach kiosk bars, a tennis court and a basketball court. The beach is totally sandy with crystal clear water, the coastline is very long and therefore allows you to take magnificent walks. In a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the areas of Castelsardo, Valledoria, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa to the east, while to the west the area of Porto Torres, Stintino, Argentiera and the splendid Riviera del Corallo up to Alghero and Bosa.
