Provided with its own entrance and a completely fenced garden, this villa has been designed to help people with various difficulties in movement. The decor is modern and comfortable, the rooms are large and very bright. Outside there is a large landscaped garden with swimming pool, barbecue and gazebo.

Villa La Quiete is an elegant and discreet house, near the town of Mogliano, in the province of Macerata. From the villa you can enjoy a beautiful view of the rolling hills of the Marche Region covered with olive tree groves and vineyards. In this area it's possible to visit many historic centres such as Tolentino, Fermo and Macerata, in addition to Civitanova Marche and Porto Sant'Elpidio on the adriatic coast.
