The main house (sleeps 4 guests) is laid out over one floor and consists of a spacious lounge, comfortably and traditionally furnished with typical Umbrian furniture and a working open fireplace. From here you can access one of the two covered loggias (covered terraces) facing the pool. The house consists of: - well equipped kitchen - living room with fireplace - two double bedrooms (bed 1,60x2) - bathroom with shower - WC The small guest house (sleeps extra 4 guests) offers a private and independent space, with thoughtfully designed yet smaller-sized rooms, ideal for additional guests seeking privacy while remaining close to the main villa and their friends/family. Between the two units, there is a dedicated outdoor dining area, complete with an external fireplace and barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals and entertaining.
