The Li Conchi 15 vacation home consists of two separate parts, a day and a night area, which are connected by a large, partially covered patio. Equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers, the patio forms the heart of the villa - a fascinating, open space with a wonderful view. A large, light-flooded living room with a sofa area, dining table and adjoining kitchen serves as a daytime area. The modern interior of the vacation home is dominated by bright colors and natural materials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge. Li Conchi 15 has three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms with showers. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The third bedroom with a double bed and an additional shower room is located in the basement. The air conditioning units, which are available in all bedrooms and in the living room, ensure that the vacation home is always at the right temperature - even in the low season, when the units can be used as heating.
