Villa Magnolia is a refined residence, located in the heart of the beautiful city of Castellammare di Stabia. The villa, dating back to the early 1900s, is surrounded by a blooming garden, entirely cultivated with lemons and tropical stem trees. Today the villa, completely restored by the family, retains all the charm of the time which, combined with modern comfort, is able to offer its guests an unforgettable stay. It has six large and bright bedrooms that directly overlook the garden. Villa Magnolia represents a magical place, a truly relaxing oasis in the city center, and is the ideal choice for those who are looking for a refuge full of charm and capable of combining elegance, comfort and relax.

Villa Magnolia is located in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia, just a short walk from the seafront and the beach, and only 10 minutes on foot from the port where you can catch a ferry to the island of Capri. The train station is just 300 meters from the property, with easy connections to Pompeii (10 min), Sorrento (30 min), Herculaneum (30 min), and Naples (40 min). The area is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops.
