The property spans two floors and about 250 sqm, featuring a large private park and parking with an electric car charging station. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, blending traditional materials like stone and wood with contemporary furnishings. The main entrance on the first floor leads to three double bedrooms, each with an adjacent private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. At the end of the hallway, a bright living room with exposed beams and large panoramic windows invites you to relax or enjoy entertainment with billiards and table football. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct garden access.
