The house extends over the ground floor and consists of three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen/dining area and a lovely veranda furnished for al fresco dining and relaxing. An external staircase leads to a sun terrace on the first floor where you can relax and sunbathe, breathe in the pleasant sea breeze and enjoy a breathtaking view that offers a glimpse of the Aeolian Islands on sunny days. Optimal location to explore the area: In addition to the characteristic historical centre of Joppolo, which stands on a tufa rock, you can visit, for example, Nicotera (7 km) with its museums and its characteristic historical centre, or Tropea (15 km) beautiful little town on a rock right by the sea, or the beaches of Capo Vaticano. Palmi, Bagnara, Scilla and Reggio Calabria with the National Museum and the Riace Bronzes are also easily accessible by car and train. There are ferries to Sicily from the port of Villa San Giovanni.
