The villa is located within an exclusive small village of about 30 villas with limited access to residents and close the beach of fine sand suitable for everyone.

Neighbourhood information

The area is one of the best Porto Rotondo and is a great location because close to the sea, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes by car from the center and the other beaches in the area.
