This wonderful villa, designed on three levels, is a true oasis of peace and elegance. It offers a spacious outdoor area with everything you need for the perfect relaxation. The large private pool, available also with an option for heating at an additional cost, a sunbathing area, comfortable garden furniture, a covered gazebo with glass walls, and a large space for relaxation and outdoor dining. Additionally, guests have access to an outdoor bathroom with a shower, directly by the pool, as well as a sheltered outdoor shower. The villa is equipped with a modern, large outdoor kitchen, with a gas stove and a wood-burning grill – an ideal space for preparing delicious meals surrounded by nature. Inside the villa, on the first floor, there is a spacious, elegant living room and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining area, and just next to it – an outdoor veranda-dining area with an additional table for 8-10 people. On the terrace on the upper floor, there is another table with chairs, ideal for outdoor meals. All rooms in the villa are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and guests have unlimited access to Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there are two master bedrooms, each with a view of the pool and garden and with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a large walk-in wardrobe, while the other has a large wardrobe with a mirror. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out sofa for two people, while the other has two pull-out sofas, also for two people. The villa is fully automated with electric blinds, an elevator, air conditioning, and amenities for disabled guests. Private parking is located right at the entrance to the villa, as well as outside, in a secure area.

The villa is located 300 meters from the sandy Quinta Spiaggia of Golfo Aranci and from the beach and small harbor of Baia Caddinas. You can reach Golfo Aranci on foot or via a trail, and from there directly to the famous seafront with numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach Porto Rotondo, Marinella Beach, and many other paradisiacal beaches. The villa is only 19 km from Olbia Airport and 31 km from the luxurious Porto Cervo on the famous Costa Smeralda.
