Villa Monte Bianco - beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms: 2 double and 2 single, 3 bathrooms, large leaving area, indoor and outdoor kitchen, 2 terraces with sea view, garden, outdoor shower, bbq. A splendid home, ideal for enjoying your holidays in the company of friends and family. The terrace extended along the entire length of the house, the outdoor shower, the garden, give a romantic and magnificent setting for unique breakfasts, lunches, candlelit dinners and aperitifs overlooking the sea. Villa Montebianco is easily accessible by public transport. You can arrive in front of the house by car and take advantage of the free parking all along the road.
Via Monte Bianco is located on the exclusive hill of Castiglione della Pescaia 600 m from the historic center and 1 km from the beach. The Villa is flanked by other villas and enjoys all the limits of privacy to rest assured both inside and outside the house.
