Villa Nadine is a beautiful and spacious 200m2 villa surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is located beachfront and has a beautiful private swimming pool. Outside we find a large patio with dining area and relaxing sofas, continuing inside the house we have a modern and comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need, the large living room has been designed to spend time watching TV or as a study area /Work. The comfortable sleeping area with three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, makes Villa Nadine ideal for both families and couples of friends. Outside the Villa we find a comfortable annex with another two double bedrooms and private bathrooms. The property includes a large private car park, a barbecue area and (on request) a private mooring in front of the Villa for boats up to 15 metres. Inside the Villa you will have the help of Mrs. Stella for household chores, you will agree with her times and days for extra cleaning. The Villa is equipped with video surveillance over the entire 5,000m2 garden, latest generation home automation system, programmed lighting, wifi and internal and external piped music.

The Lido del Sole area is highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and silence, in fact the streets are mainly busy with residents. Villa Nadine is located on an islet therefore surrounded by the sea and by a nature reserve due to the presence of flamingos and other protected animal species. The proximity to the city of Olbia which is only a few kilometers away is perfect for all services, however to stay in this structure we recommend having a car as the area is not served by public transport.
