The structure is located in the heart of an olive grove in the maritime area of Ostuni, at a distance of about 1.5 km from the nearest coast. Inside the house is organised in: - a living room communicating directly with the kitchen, equipped with stoves, oven, a microwave oven a sink and a sideboard for storing food and pots. In the living room there is an opening table, a TV, a refrigerator, a 2-seater sofa bed and a series of sideboards containing plates, glasses, trays, cutlery and cups for various culinary uses; - A bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a cabinet inside which you can find clean towels and carpets with a small hair dryer; - Two bedrooms, one equipped with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. Clean pillows and sheets can be found in the closet inside the master bedroom; The presence of free Wi-Fi, firefighting, thermal conditioning, GAS and running clean water services are always guaranteed. The exterior of the structure is equipped with several services such as a shower, a tap that delivers clean water, a barbeque, a sheltered parking lot and a small outdoor lounge. The room dedicated to heating, water and electrical systems are located in a closet adjacent to the entrance of the house.
