Fully air-conditioned detached luxury villa with pool and garden Situated on the exclusive western edge of Alghero, set amongst verdant olive groves and lush lawns, this villa offers an exclusive private pool, an elegant and well-kept woodland setting, a veranda with outdoor seating and sumptuously furnished rooms. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, glazed lounge, large kitchen, covered verandas, garden, swimming pool, parking, barbecue. As the sun goes down, while having an aperitif comfortably seated on the veranda overlooking the pool, you will see your children playing on the lawn and plan a fun boat trip, a day on the beach or a trip to North Sardinia.

Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood . Although the villa is very close to the centre of Alghero, we recommend that you have your own car. Points of interest: 2.5 km from the beach of Lido San Giovanni 15 km from Alghero airport 156 km from Olbia airport
