The cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of the typical “Villa Oleandro”, distinctive of Sardinia with granite, stone and wood, is situated in the scenic northeast of Sardinia, in the seaside town of San Teodoro and is an ideal location for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot, a child's bed and a highchair. The private outdoor area boasts a garden with an open and covered terrace area and a barbecue for cooking and enjoying your own meals in the open with a glass of wine. Due to the holiday home’s central location in San Teodoro, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can alle be found within 300 m (4 minutes on foot) from the property. The closest sandy beach with a beach bar, La Cinta, is 1.2 km (15 minutes on foot) away, while the marina is very close to the apartment, a mere 5-minute walk (400 m). The airport of Olbia is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) north of San Teodoro, 5 km south of Olbia’s center. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
