On the Villa Quenz itself there is to say that it is a family heirloom. That’s why it is a bearer of passion and love. The house has recently been completely renovated and shines in new splendour over Ortisei.

Property information

The spacious and sun-flooded suites are ideal for your family vacation. All year round. Centrally located yet quiet, they are the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the surrounding mountains and ski slopes. Thus, you can leave your car in our garage.

Neighbourhood information

The holiday apartments of Villa Quenz are situated in a centrally yet quiet location. The village centre and the cableways are within walking distance. Just a stone’s throw away there are the funicular Resciesa, which takes you to the same-named beautiful mountain, the cableway Seceda, which is connected to the Sellaronda, and the cableway Alpe di Siusi. Peace, silence and a magnificent panorama are guaranteed.
