Studio of 28 square meters located on the ground floor of a prestigious residential complex VILLA REGINA that was once a hotel, air conditioned hot cold room with 4 beds and kitchenette and bathroom, optimal for two people but can accommodate up to four (but a little 'tight as the room is unique). No smoking, pets not allowed. Guests have access to the heated pool (access 15 steps) covered with average temperature 27 / 28 degrees ( in summer is available an outdoor part) a large condominium sun terrace overlooking the sea and 2 sunbeds. A large room with terrace on the sea for breakfast or dinner free of charge ( booking), an additional sun terrace on the roof and finally a garden with table and chairs with olive trees centenaries on the sea ( all these condominium properties are external to the apartment and reachable with stairs and elevator ). A simple access to the sea with pier and ladder to climb tail a few meters (about 120) from the condominium. Wi fi included,smart tv with sky tv channels ,dazn , netflix , prime and other internet channels. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher . the sofa bed is not suitable for those who are taller than 1.90 m, the fourth bed is recommended for children or teenagers A few meters from bus stop 775 to reach the station Brignole in Genoa in 40 minutes. Only 5 minutes walk supermarket with parking.

The train passes at reduced speed behind the house, as throughout the Ligurian coast, therefore, although rarely, it can be noisy. The Pieve Ligure and Bogliasco stations are both a 10-minute walk away. The caretaker is also always present and available. The parking area is under video surveillance. The shared swimming pool (open from 8am to 9pm) has rules to respect: Obligation to wear a cap / shower before diving / prohibition on diving and making noise /minors must be supervised by an adult. The structure is private and quiet therefore it is not available for parties. Upon arrival, identity documents will be requested according to Italian law. To use the swimming pool it is mandatory to wear a cap. Animals are not allowed . There are several seaports very close by: - Butt stop: The land that gently insinuates itself into the sea. The sea that welcomes bathers with its fresh caress. Enchanting landing place in Pieve Ligure with a terrace overlooking the sea for sunbathing and sufficiently easy access to the water. The swimming crossing between Chiappa and Demola and back was wonderful. - Demola Airport: Wonderful corner of the Golfo Paradiso, with more spaces to take the sun comfortably, an area in the East frequented mainly by families and locals, in the shade until 10 in the morning and an area to the west loved by young people, always in the sun, from which to go down and swim
