Located in the historic centre of Anacapri, Villa Sain Charming Suite offers a modern studio apartment for holiday rental, elegantly furnished and with attention to detail. The property is part of the historic Villa Sain, home of painter Edouard Sain whose works can be seen at the nearby 'Red House' Museum and also at the "Louvre Museum" in Paris. The studio has an independent entrance on the ground floor, free Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning, fridge, flat-screen SmartTv, USB power sockets, private bathroom with shower, toiletries and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included. The studio has a single sofa bed, the mattress of which is 190cm long, 130cm wide and 12cm high. The bed base is made of wooden slats. In the vicinity of Villa Sain Charming Suite you will find all kinds of businesses and bus and taxi stops for various destinations on the island.

Villa Sain Charming Suite is located in the heart of the village of Anacapri, just a few metres from the Church of Santa Sofia (100m) and the Monumental Church of San Michele Arcangelo, famous for its floor depicting a biblical scene (250m). Distant from Villa San Michele, where the famous Axel Munthe lived (900m). It is 600 m from the chairlift to Monte Solaro and 1.5 km from the famous Grotta Azzurra. Just a few steps away is the central Piazza Vittoria, the arrival and departure point for taxis and buses (500m) from where you can set off to visit all the main places on the island. This is a short-term lease for tourist purposes pursuant to Art. 4 Legislative Decree 50/2017. During the tenant's presence there are no additional services such as, for example, change of bathroom and bed linen and cleaning.
