The house is constructed with natural materials like stones, wood and ceramic. The villa with its’ garden and a private swimming pool allows our guests to feel free to spend their time in their own way. BEACHES In 25 minutes from Montecatini you will reach the nearest beaches … The beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino – Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting SIGHTSEEING The lovely Residence is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just 30 minutes’ drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra a historic Etruscan city. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano (45 km from Montecatini) and Siena 65 km . Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa (60 km) – just an hour away. Cultural treasure of Florence (96 km) are reachable within 1,5 hour.
