For more than twenty years it has been dealing with tourist rentals of private villas, farmhouses and apartments with pool carefully selected in the main Italian locations. Villa Selene is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, a popular seaside city in Le Marche region. Nearest beaches are about 4 km away and are perfect for family tourism. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort. The property is partially fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees and a salt water swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden.
