I'm Andrea, I'm 32 years old and I've been working in hospitality since 2016. My professional journey began in London, where I gained valuable experience as a host and Property Manager, learning how to meet the needs of an international clientele. In 2017, I decided to bring my passion and skills back to my family's agriturismo in Barga, in the heart of the beautiful countryside of northern Tuscany, where I was able to combine my love for nature and hospitality. I started by managing a few apartments in the Barga area, then gradually expanded into the nearby Garfagnana, including my hometown Castelnuovo di Garfagnana – a place I’m deeply connected to – and throughout the entire Serchio Valley, a captivating land where the Apuan Alps meet the Apennines, rich in medieval villages, forests, and traditions. Over time, I made my experience more and more professional by founding my own company, Fullmonti Property Management, and growing my portfolio to include numerous properties: villas, agriturismos, vacation homes, and apartments, all managed with passion and care. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting travelers from all over the world, eager to discover the authentic beauty of our valley, the Garfagnana, and everything that surrounds it.
