Lovely place close to the sandy beach by the Ionian Sea between Catania and Syracuse. The house is surrounded by greenery of acacias and eucalyptus, is ideal for a holiday plenty of relaxation and sea.
I am a woman of 50 years old and I work in an health facility as a responsible administration. Mother of a beautiful 14 year old girl and admirable wife of a husband who plays the engineering profession. We wish to live this charming vacation spot with the immense enthusiasm that our family always tries.
The house is located in the stretch of beach between Catania and Syracuse, bounded on the north about 4km from the Simeto River in the estuary stretch encompasses the integral reserve Oasis Simeto. To the south about 500 meters bordered by the river San Leonardo other place of natural reserve. The landscape is guarded by the Etna volcano that rises 3000 meters above sea level. The southern horizon borders the province of Syracuse, with its beauty of the Baroque,cultural heritage. A few hundred meters from the villa is the new Golf Resort "Le Saie" , this is an ideal place where you can do water sports or relax yourself. A good Mediterranean cuisine especially seafood specialties is located at major restaurants a few kilometers from the house.
