Villa Vista offer a stunning view of Costa Smeralda and islands, above Porto Rotondo in a quite and relaxing private resort surrounding by a lush and natural environment, a charming and spacious 130 sqm semi detached villa with large terraces and great windows, facing the gulf of Porto Rotondo, with a fantastic panoramic view of the coastline and the islands in front of Costa Smeralda and a small private pool ( not for swimming) open to the aerial space , where to refresh during the day. Living and travelling across Europe, in the hosting bussines from more than 10 years with properties in Spain, Italy, UK, France.
The property Is located in the little hill Monte Ladu, that is 120 mt above the sea level, in a gated residence with only 12 villas in more than 15 hectares of land.The residence is in a natural environment and in a secluded and very caractheristic ambience of rocks, eucaliptus and olive threes, and the house is in a lush of mediterranean plants like oleander, bouganville, rosemary, jasmine and very old junipers. Unexpected rock formations, similar to prehistoric caves surround the residence and invite climbing up, from where you have a breathtaking view over the bay and the small islands. In the house at your disposal a complete list of the most beautifull beaches, the best restaurants suggested, and the indication to joint by car the closiest points of interest that you dont have to miss during your stay in Sardinia.
