Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, it offers comfort and relaxation in one of the liveliest and most charming locations on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, surrounded by a crystal-clear sea, unspoilt nature, and breathtaking views. Villetta Meraviglia is a well-kept house of about 65 square metres, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people in an elegant and welcoming environment. The villa is on one level and offers a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed. It has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and an elegant bathroom with a shower. The outdoor areas include a covered veranda with an outdoor table and chairs - perfect for relaxing in the open air - as well as a small fenced garden with a private swimming pool (5x3 m).
