The villa has an elegant area with garden and swimming pool and it is located in the countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi. Guests can taste the simple and tasty dishes of the local farmer and stay in suggestive comfortable suite-flats.

Just 5 km from the airport of Comiso, connected with Ryanair flights to Rome, London Stansted andBrussels, with Alitalia flights to Milan Linate, and Turin and Tunis, the position of the villa allows you to choose between the atmosphere and the calms campaign iblea, the rich cultural heritage of the area and the attractions of the beach resorts a short distance from the villa. The Farm Villa Zottopera is indeed immersed in the Val di Noto, Unesco, between Ragusa (20 km), andMarina di Ragusa (20 km), famous seaside resort of south-east Sicily.
