Property information

In Bardolino a SINGLE HOUSE (max 6 adults and 2 children) with lake view and a swimming pool shared with other properties. The house is composed of the main apartment which is located on the ground floor (entrance) and raised floor level on the west side. 
The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), one with a bathroom ensuite with shower, a passage room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), another bathroom with a bath / shower, a spacious closed balcony area with sliding windows, a very large terrace (60 sqm) in the open which leads directly into the pool area. It also has a 150 sqm private garden and a large garage and outdoor parking space. It has TV with foreign channels, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and air-conditioning (for a fee). The area is quiet, 500 meters from the lake and 1,3 km from the town center.

Neighbourhood information

During July and August the owners could use the apartment downstairs for one or two nights. In any case you will have your privacy and garden, terrace and parking for your exclusive use.
