From the road and from the entrance gate, you go up 7 steps to get to the garden. The entrance is on the ground floor, where two French doors open and there is a covered patio. You enter the large living room, with sofa and satellite TV, service bathroom with washing machine, separate kitchen (4 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) with table and 6 chairs, which leads to a tiled patio behind and to the garden, with table, chairs and umbrella. From the living room you go up to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located, climbing 16 steps of a beautiful wooden staircase. Here are two bedrooms; a bedroom with two beds (one of which can be pulled out) and a double bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace of m. 2 x 5, also equipped with a table and chairs. On this floor there is also a beautiful bathroom with shower. In the basement, accessible via an external staircase of 17 steps, there is access to a large windowed room (no air conditioning) with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. From here you can exit directly into the private garage. The floors are tiled throughout. Air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas. Heating for a fee.
