Villetta Tina is an independent holiday home with a private garden, located within Residence La Pineta in Siponto, just a few steps from the sea and facing the pine forest. The residence, composed of terraced villas surrounded by greenery, is a quiet and well-kept area, ideal for guests seeking a relaxing stay in a natural and private environment. Access to the residence is through a main electric gate, while a second electric gate on the opposite side allows for a convenient exit. During the summer season, a concierge service is available, providing a welcoming presence and ensuring controlled access for guests and residents. The house, furnished in a contemporary style, offers bright, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned interiors, and is equipped with mosquito screens on all windows and doors. The accommodation is always for the exclusive use of guests, even in the case of a single traveller or a couple; in such cases, the second bedroom remains closed and not accessible. All other spaces – the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, and private entrance – are entirely for guests’ private use. The private garden of about 300 m² features a large furnished patio, perfect for dining outdoors, a large garden umbrella that provides shade and comfort, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. On the first floor, there is a spacious balcony of about 17 m², equipped with electric sun awnings that allow guests to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors in complete privacy and comfort. On the attic floor, there is a large terrace of about 14 m² overlooking the pine forest and the residence, ideal for moments of relaxation or for enjoying the evening breeze. The property also offers two private parking spaces: one inside the garden and another designated space located just in front of the entrance.
