Lavinio, offers SUMMER RENTAL (600 meters from the railway station, 3 km from the sea and 50 minutes from Rome Termini) villa with large private garden, private parking space, independent entrance. 3 floors with spiral staircase with security (1st floor living room with 2 single beds, 2nd floor double bedroom with 1 small bathroom, small balcony, wardrobe and on the floor below a kitchen equipped with elect. and table). Outside there is a large garden with gazebo and pergola. Possibility of putting a swimming pool in the garden. Pets allowed.
Only 600 mt from the cottage is the Lavinio Station from which the little trains leave for the sea: 2/3 minutes to Anzio Marechiaro and 4/5 minutes to Nettuno. Also from Lavinio Station the train also leaves for Rome ( Termini Station). If you want to make a tourist day in the center of Rome just take the train and on arrival at Roma Termini we will provide you with a tour guide who will take you on a tour of Rome ( Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia with the altar of the homeland etc) accompanying you in a private vehicle and making the various stops! For info and reservations ask the Host!
