Ideal accommodation for those who want to relax in nature and enjoy the view of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. WI-FI: inside the Villa there is no wi-fi but you can use the internet connection present in the co-working room located in the Hall of the Residence. RESIDENCE SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15 (dates may vary, please contact me) - infinity pool by the sea, shared with other Residence guests - bar/restaurant in front of the pool - lobby bar open in the morning for breakfasts OTHER SERVICES. - gym - billiard room - tennis court - beach volleyball court - soccer field
The villa, set in a private residence, is immersed in Mediterranean scrubland. Thirty meters away is Cala Grotta, a sea cave where it is possible to swim and dive from rocks of different heights. The cave is easily reached on foot via a very short path. The nearest beach is Cala Sapone (about 800 m away). There is a bar/restaurant in front of the beach. The island of Sant'Antioco offers many beaches and cliffs to visit. The suggestion is to choose places according to the winds. Contact me for more information on places to visit.
