The White Luxury are two recently renovated ground floor apartments located in a very central position in Monopoli, just 500mt from the main square and 900mt from the historic center. Appartamento Nepenthe can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with centralized air conditioning and WiFi. It has a small private outdoor area with a swimming pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy. The entrance to Appartamento Nepenthe is located on the right. We find a living area with kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with chairs. The sleeping area consists of a master double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms give access to the private outdoor area, equipped with a beach umbrella, deckchairs and a swimming pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, ideal for enjoying your moments of relaxation in complete privacy. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1 per day for each person over 12. Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30, after that time 50 subject to confirmation) Check-Out: before 10am
