A bright and spacious penthouse just outside Como city, with a large terrace and splendid views. An ideal location to observe the movement and enthusiasm of the city while maintaining your privacy! The two rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests: a double bedroom with an extra single bed that also acts as a sofa, and a private bathroom. The second room is equipped with a comfortable single bed, and the second bathroom has a bathtub. The living area is rich in natural light thanks to the large windows and perfectly organized with a double sofa, a bookcase, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The large window door overlooks the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy city views. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, with simple and linear blocks that focus on modern design for both finish and color – an ideal ally for delicious dinners, perhaps with a home chef! Located on the second floor without an elevator. There is one assigned parking space. Guests have reported that it is not suitable for a large car (the parking spot is big, but the road leading to it is narrow). It is also possible to park on the street around the building.

The property is in Lipomo, a small municipality 3 km away from Como city center. There are several supermarkets and restaurants in the area, and Como is easily reachable by car.
