Three exclusive apartments and the SPA & Wellness area on the ground floor will give you pleasant moments of relax for your next holiday. Each apartment features a living and asleeping area with satellite LED TV, WIFI connection, air conditioning, safe, home automation technology, soundproofed doors and windows. for a more comfortable stay. The SPA & Wellness area welcomes you with a steam bath, wonder shower and a whirpool mini-pool. You will also find a welcome basket to prepare your breakfast, the E-bike charging service and a relax area in the garden.

Neighbourhood information

Our house is located between the ruins of the Amphitheater and the Roman Theater, in front of the excavations of the Great Constantinian Baths (Thermae felices Constantinianae) of Aquileia, a UNESCO world heritage site since 1998. The Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta as well as the National Archaeological Museum of Aquileia are just 500 meters walking distance. With Ciclovia AlpeAdria path, not far from home, you can easily reach the sea in less than 10 km.
