ABOUT THE PROPERTY: From the moment you open the door and enter this 1110 square foot - 2 BR/2 Bath Condo you will simply just fall in love! An absolutely beautiful modern-open space accommodation, “First Class Retreat” @ Fern Court” boasts value and simply elegance. Rooms/Bathrooms are excellently maintained and includes excellent quality bath products/ towels/ down pillows and duvets. Importantly, beds and sofa is absolutely comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, relaxing private balcony, comfortable open space living and dining, washing machine, and dryer. You also have access to a garden with a beautiful outdoor pool, fitness center, supermarket, and mini restaurant onsite. First Class Retreat” provides YOU accommodation with amazing natural lighting, free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV with cable channels/NETFLIX access. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: First Class Retreat @ Fern Court Richmond is located 10 miles from Ocho Rios and 7 miles from famous Dunns’ River Falls. This neighborhood is truly “first class” and a gated community for guest who values comfort, safety, affordability, and quiet solace from the noisy /hectic hotel settings, but of course with all the necessary amenities: Pool, tennis court, super-market, gym, spectacular landscape, sun terrace, and beautiful gardens. Two amazing white sand beaches are literally just a 5-minute drive away from the property. The nearest airport is Sangster International Airport, 51 miles from Fern Court/ Richmond. Free parking onsite the property.
