A fully equipped apartment in the heart of Kingston, located on the 4th Floor of a new gated complex. Enjoy modern, comfortable, private facilities, with 24hr security presence, a rooftop pool and high speed internet service. Just 5 min from New Kingston and walking distance from Devon House, you will be near supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls and restaurants. Guests looking to enjoy Jamaican culture, while staying in a quiet cozy atmosphere, couldn’t find a better option! A spacious two bedroom apartment with plenty of natural light in all rooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a spectacular view. A full sized bathroom serves bedroom 2 and your visitors. With high speed Wi-Fi in all rooms, a large smart TV in the living room, TV in each bedrooom and a small desk in bedroom 2, the apartment is perfect for leisure and business minded guests. The apartment is nicely oriented so that a mountain or city view can be enjoyed from the apartment or from the rooftop infinity pool. Self Check-in is normal however if needed guests can be met on arrival by your co-host Celia and she will be available if additional care is needed during your stay. Need transportation? Celia may be able to organize at a reasonable cost. Located near the corner of Waterloo Road and South Avenue. The apartment is located at the end of a cul de sac, away from the main road in uptown Kingston. There is ample parking on the ground floor. Speak to us about transportation during your stay. The building has a large elevator.
