Host spend many years in the hospitality and guest relations in the UK and USA. We are now ready to welcome our own guests to enjoy the fusion with a Jamaican flavor/flavour. If available and if you wish your host or a family member could accompany you on local trips for a minimal charge, example to the store, beach etc. (Due to social distance protocol we will not be available to accompany guests at this time) Please note it is NOT required to add breakfast to your reservation, it is still available at the Villa just ask your host, other meals are also available at additional cost. (meals may not be available at this time) If you wish you may prepare your own meals. Please note that security deposit includes household items, please do NOT leave with towels and other items, there's up to US fifty dollar charge for each missing item.

At Villa Malvina there is the most breathtaking commanding view of the Caribbean Sea on the South Coast of Jamaica, the Villa is located in a gated community set on approximately 1200 acres with many large villas away from street traffic. Come and enjoy the piece and tranquility of this eco-friendly part of Jamaica, its perfect for those who want to get away from their fast stressful daily life for a few days, weeks or months, stay long term and work remotely if you wish Washing machine is available for additional charge per wash, detergent is not included We take advantage of the natural resources as much as possible eg the sun heats the water, it's usually warm from mid morning onwards IDs will be checked before entering the property also we do NOT allow outside visitors on the property and no loitering nearby If you use the kitchen or other common areas please clean up after yourself Keys must be returned to host at checkout or there will be a charge Security deposit includes household items, pls do NOT leave with towels etc there's up to a US fifty dollars per missing item This is a respectable family home, couples seeking a room for special rendezvous will NOT be accepted

This is a very quiet and relaxed estate, not a party hip strip, guests can spend the day at the beach enjoying local vendor's delicacies, visit the small town or simply relax and watch the boats sail the Ocean. The World renowned Sandals Hotel is within view, guests have found it economical to stay with us and purchase a day pass to enjoy their many amenities. The small have a fully equipped and stocked supermarket, farmer's market and a fishing village right near the beach there are also restaurants and takeout near by. Please note : That IDs will be checked before entering the property also we do NOT allow outside visitors on the property, visitors are not to loiter at the gate or near the location. Dress suggestion: Light cotton clothing, shorts, sandals, tennis shoes, sun hat, sunscreen etc..leave your heels and Gucci purses at home. There are several other attractions which includes: Peter Tosh Mausoleum( one of the original Wailers with Bob Marley), Bluefield Beach, YS falls Black River Safari Holland Bamboo Ave Appleton Run Estate...
