The 1F is our boutique and café, Hue Cross. Our staff speaks both EN & JP to support your joyful holiday.Ideal for groups or families of 1~6 ppl, the home features 3 bedrooms: A ( Double bed + private bath room with bathtub ) & B ( 2 Single beds ) & Japanese tatami room ( 2 futon sets on low bed ) + another bath room with shower. Guests have exclusive access to a private elevator, avoiding the boutique entirely that lead you up to the private entrance door. SUMMER: We close reservations during mid-August due to LACK OF AIR CONDITIONER. During other summer periods, enjoy the natural breeze from the windows and private terrace. Two standing fans available. WINTER: Heated by floor heating and panel heaters. Located just a 3–4 minute drive from Annupuri Ski Resort, our property offers a peaceful and less crowded skiing experience. Enjoy stunning views of the snow-covered landscape through large windows. Please note that during the winter season, it takes over 15 minutes by car to reach the Hirafu area, where most major restaurants and shopping spots are located. 【 NOTE 】Due to the implementation of tourist tax of Niseko town, we kindly ask for a cash payment of 200 to 1,000 yen per person per night (depends on rate )when your check in. We appreciate your understanding. Also, if you lose the key, a reissuance fee of 2,500 yen will be charged. 【About the Neighbourhood】 SUMMER: Located in a quiet national park area, convenient for driving to enjoy summer activities.　WINTER: Located in the Annupuri ski resort area, it’s just a 3-4 minute drive. Annupuri suits those who prefer a cozy, less crowded ski experience, with no bars or convenience stores within walking distance. Renting a car is necessary. Onsen lovers will enjoy the various nearby public hot springs, some within walking distance and others a 15-minute drive away. While Annupuri, Niseko Village, Hirafu, and Hanazono ski areas are interconnected, if you plan to ski mainly at Hirafu, staying in Hirafu area might be the best. Driving Suggested Time to - SKI RESORT : 4 min. to Annupuri / 6 min. to Moiwa / 15 min. to Niseko village / 20 min. to Hirafu - Onsen ( hot spring ) : 1 min. to Yugokorotei / 3 min. to Iroha / 9 min.
