The surrounding area is a quiet residential area that is a good distance from the downtown area, so it is a safe area for families who want to visit Susukino but want to relax at night, and for those who are concerned about safety. There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and coin parking within a 3-minute walk. Coin parking is cheaper than the Susukino area (2,000 to 2,500 yen per day), with a maximum of 700 to 900 yen per day. It is also recommended as a base for sightseeing in Sapporo by car.
