“Wakiaiai Shinokubo”was a renovated in 2024.✨✨ The property maintains the charm of a traditional Japanese house while offering a design that lets you experience what it's like to live in Tokyo. 🎍🎌 It includes a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay.😌💓 You can chill out without worrying about other people.👍🏻 It is also a very convenient location, just one stop from Shinjuku station, with many shops. 🚪Room Features The maximum capacity is 8 guests. (Amenities and towels will be provided for the number of guests.) We have installed a fixed high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to use it comfortably even with a large group. There is a work desk, you can work remotely and video call. There is a 40 inch TV with Chromecast. *You can't access to cable broadcasting. 🍳Kitchen Equipment The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as frying pans, pots, and cutting boards. You can easily buy groceries from a nearby supermarket just a few minutes walk away. 👗Laundry Facilities There is a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener provided. You can do laundry as comfortably as at home. 🪥 Amenities We provide basic amenities such as bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer, making the space suitable for long-term stays. ※ Please note that towels and amenities will not be replaced during your stay. ※ No cleaning service is provided during your stay.
