This Kyoto Machiya is a renovated house in Ebisubambacho, Kyoto. It belonged to the household of Bamba, who has traditionally lived and prospered in Ebisubamba. It is a government approved accommodation so it is safe and reliable. When renovating the house, we tried our best to keep or reproduce traditional structures such as the pillars, walls, and dirt floor, while replacing the bathroom with new modern facilities. The beautiful garden is made with stones which is rarely seen in this type of house and is a symbol of the prosperity of the Bamba house back in the days. The large dining table is made of the old door. 京町家の宿「三石」は宿のある夷馬場町という町名と関わりの深い馬場家の伝統ある邸宅を一棟貸しの宿として再生したお宿です。 政府認定の正式の宿ですので、防災面など安心してご宿泊いただけます。（京都市指令保医セ第6号　令和4年4月12日） 邸宅を再生するにあたり、昔からの梁、柱、壁、土間などを建築当時の姿に戻すようにしつつ、バスルームなどは現代の最新の設備を取り入れました。 自慢の坪庭は商家ではあまり見ることがないほどの見事な石組みで作られ、かつてこの辺りの大地主であった馬場家の豊かさが偲ばれます。 また板間のダイニングテーブルは古い蔵の扉をリメイクしたもので、お茶を飲んだりといった団欒の際には、その重厚な存在感を楽しんでいただくことが出来ます。 京町屋三石是位于京都站附近马场町的一座翻新的京町家。它属于 Bamba家族，传统上在马场町生活和繁荣。我们的民宿经政府批准，安全可靠。在全面翻新装修这个百年京町家时，我们尽量保留传统的风格和结构，比如柱子、墙壁和泥地，同时采用新的现代设施（比如更换浴室), 为了给您带来最独特舒适的京町家体验。
