A 5-minute walk from Koen-Shimo Cable Car Station, cosy family-run ryokan Lalaca features indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths which use natural hot spring water directly pumped from the source. Guests can enjoy the mountain views from the outdoor bath. The property offers seasonal meals with local ingredients and fresh seafood. This Ryokan is non-smoking throughout. Complimentary WiFi is available. The property's 10 Japanese rooms have nature views and a seating area. Guests at Lalaca sleep in futon bedding on a traditional tatami (woven-straw) floor. Rooms have a simple decor with a wood ceiling, spot lighting and a low table with floor cushions. A private toilet is provided, and bathrooms are shared. Between soaks in the hot-spring baths, guests can enjoy a game of table tennis or further unwind with a massage. The lobby has Scandinavian furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows with forest views.
