Since 2015, we have been operating multiple unmanned lodging facilities. We currently manage approximately 400 rooms. Headquartered in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, with bases in Okinawa Prefecture and Hokkaido, we employ approximately 80 staff members, primarily Japanese nationals, including customer support and cleaning teams. We provide straightforward hospitality as expected, exactly as described on our accommodation pages. We strive for mutual benefit for guests, local communities, property owners, and our staff.
