About this property

Noboribetsu Grand Hotel offers accommodations with indoor/outdoor public hot-spring baths and free WiFi at the lobby. Guests can refresh in the sauna rooms and request relaxing massages for an extra cost. JR Noboribetsu Train Station is a 15-minute drive away. Noboribetsu Bus Station is a minute's walk away from the hotel. Guests can choose to stay in rooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding or in rooms with carpeted floors and Western beds. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. The en suite bathroom features a bath tub and free toiletries. Hotel Grand Noboribetsu is a 10-minute walk from Jigokudani Valley and Noboribetsu Bear Farm. Noboribetsu Date Historic Village is a 10-minute drive away. A shuttle from JR Sapporo Train Station can be arranged upon prior request, for an extra cost.

The "Oni Sauna" with the theme of Oni in Noboribetsu Onsen, the land of hot springs will be opened from 12:30 on Saturday, September 10, 2022.Please relax in an open space where you can enjoy both Noboribetsu Onsen and sauna.

The hot springs on second floor are under renovation from June 19, 2023 to July 6, 2023.

Renovation work is done from 10:00 to 15:00 daily.

All guest rooms will be non-smoking from March 1, 2023 (Wednesday). Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Guests must check in by 18:00:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
