For the good access from Tokyo, Odawara is nice location to close to the nature to refresh. We arrange pro cleaner to make up the room so you can rest assured. Japanese Showa retro style house just like visit grandma`s home. We are waiting for your visit! <attention!!>Our cleaner will check the status of Shoji(Japanese sliding doors consisting of wooden frames and thin white paper) and Fusuma(Japanese wood-framed sliding doors covered with thick paper) every time while cleaning. If we see any damage happened on Shoji or Fusuma after check out, we'll charge JPY15,000 maintenance fee via booking website no matter how serious the damage is.

See photos for details.※Sleeping areas are the two Japanese-style rooms.【Important Notes】●Hot water is only available in the bathroom. The kitchen and washbasins provide cold water only.●There is one air conditioner in a 2nd-floor bedroom. There is no AC on the 1st floor, but a single electric heater is available.●Smoking is prohibited indoors. If smoking in the backyard, please use an ashtray.●Do not open any locked areas.●The following items are not provided:Toothbrushes / pajamas / Wi-Fi / iron / condiments / TV / washlet (only available in the 2nd-floor toilet)●Futons are provided, but there are no mattresses to place underneath.Futons are stored in the closet; please lay them out yourself.【About Pets】Please read the following rules carefully.※If the rules are not followed, damage fees will be charged.●Both small and large dogs are allowed to stay on the 1st floor.●A fee is charged per pet, per night.
