This room is located in the central area of Tokyo, Shinjuku Ward, which is the main commercial district in Tokyo with a rich nightlife. However, this room is situated on the edge of the commercial district, next to parks and elementary schools, and is very quiet. It is easy to walk directly to Shinjuku Station, which has direct buses to the airport, making it very convenient.
