Our ryokan is a family-run property that offers traditional Japanese hospitality dating back to the samurai era, located along a small historic road that has existed for over 1,000 years, surrounded by peaceful rural landscapes and mountain scenery. We serve local cuisine and traditional Japanese meals prepared by experienced chefs using regional ingredients. A family member who is a master of flower arrangement warmly welcomes guests and ensures a comfortable stay. We take care of reservations, room service, housekeeping, transportation, and concierge services. Support is available in English and Chinese. We hope you enjoy your stay at our ryokan and experience the charm of our village.

Our ryokan has over 100 years of history. The buildings are traditional in style, and you can truly feel the atmosphere of rural Japan. We are located in the central area of Kyoto Prefecture, surrounded by mountains and far from the city center of Kyoto. To reach us, we recommend using the JR line or renting a car. If you use the JR line, please get off at Hiyoshi Station. We offer a free shuttle service from the station. Please let us know in advance what time you would like to be picked up.

Our village is small and beautiful, our guests love to go to walk around Ryokan. There are beautiful mountains and clear river and historical shrine. Famous sight seeing spot KAYABUKI-NO-SATO thatched roof folk village is not so far. You can see Sakura or Autumn leaves at Ohno Dam park. We can help you to go to sight seeing in our village. There are many places to see and many foods to have, we recommend 2~3 night stay. The hotel is inside Kyoto Tamba Kogen Quasi-National Park.
