Based on my many years of experience, I offer a variety of Japanese cuisine using carefully selected wagyu beef. Incorporating an abundance of seasonal ingredients, each dish is prepared with heart and soul, and is not just a “meal,” but a taste of Japan's rich nature, history, and culture itself.
