Each room at Yumerindo is equipped with a TV, a refrigerator and a balcony. The seating area comes with an electric kettle and a green tea set. Yukata robes are provided for all guests. Bathrooms are shared and a hairdryer and free toiletries are provided.
Guests can use the free shuttle bus to and from Kurokawa Onsen Bus Stop upon reservation at the time of booking. Guests can park on-site for free. The ryokan is a 2.5-hour bus ride from Fukuoka Airport and Kumamoto Airport. JR Hakata Station is a 3-hour bus ride away.
