There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and coin parking within a 5-minute walk. Coin parking costs a maximum of 700 to 1,000 yen for a day's parking. It is also recommended as a base for sightseeing in Sapporo by car. Within a 5-minute drive, there is a large supermarket "ARCS", and popular conveyor belt sushi restaurants Nagoyakatei and Nemuro Hanamaru.
